Hello Everyone!

Hope you are all well, this is a slightly belated Events Update email, we have been busy decorating the pub and getting ready for summer – when it arrives that is! Like always there is a lot going on, so make sure you read below and make a note of what’s on and when!! We are now open from 11 AM every day. Serving great food at lunchtimes and from 5.30 in the evening. Don’t forget that our Sunday lunches are served from 12 to 5PM. Come and treat yourself!!

Ladies Night

The traditional Ladies Night is the Last Thursday of every month. So the next one is next Thursday 29^th May (i.e. tomorrow!!!) So Ladies, if you want to come and have some fun, maybe meet the love of your life, or enjoy the night with your partner and friends then come on down. This Thursday we have karaoke and a gorgeous lady stripper!!

Don’t forget the Chill out Ladies Night on the second Thursday of every month too, so the next one is Thursday 12^th June!!

Brighton Pride

Saturday 2^nd August is Brighton Pride. Because of the fabulous time many of us had over the last few years, we have once again hired a coach to take us all down to Brighton Pride. Tickets are great value at just £17 per person. So make sure you book your place now! The day starts at the Load at 8 AM, here you will enjoy a Bacon Butty and a Coffee/Tea, once lubricated we then depart at 8.30 AM arriving in Brighton at approximately 11 AM. The fun in the park finishes at about 7 PM when we leave Brighton and head back to the Load for the After Pride Party, arriving back at around 9 PM. This is seriously a great, fun day out, so if you have never been before or just want to come and enjoy the day with us again, make sure that you let us know and buy your ticket soon!

Quiz Nights

Every Monday is Quiz Night, every week the quiz is hosted by a different quiz master. The themes of the quiz vary all the time, so if you think one week it is easy, the next one may well be hard! The whole idea is to make the quiz varied and to ensure that the same team does not win every week!! It’s great fun, so come along! Gradually we are introducing new games in to the Quiz to make it more varied and ensure that the same team does not always win! Why not get a group of friends together and have some fun on a Monday night!

Karaoke Nights

The first Thursday of the month is our Karaoke Night, where Petra takes to the stage to host a fabulous Karaoke evening! Always looking her best she will make sure you feel welcome and put you at ease before you sing! The next Karaoke Night is Thursday 3^rd June!

Bollywood Night

Join us and our Asian Gay Friends on Saturday 7^th June to a night of Bollywood Pop Music and House. The Bollywood nights are always fun and hosted by many Drag Queens! Come, enjoy and join in!

Hawaiian Beach Party

Aloha! To mark the official start of Summer this month, we will be turning the pub in to a Caribbean Beach, put on your grass skirts and coconut bras! There will be cocktails and BBQ food to ensure you get in the mood and free shots for all those dressed up!

Thursday 29^th May is Ladies Night with Karaoke and a lovely sexy female stripper!!
